Head of AIM Institute for Learning & Research
Kristen Wynn is Head of AIM Institute for Learning & Research, where she supports educators and education leaders through literacy-focused professional learning, partnerships, and research-to-practice initiatives. Before joining AIM’s leadership team, Wynn served as State Literacy Director for the Mississippi Department of Education and held roles in teaching, intervention, literacy coaching, and statewide literacy leadership. Her work has focused on expanding access to effective literacy instruction, high-quality instructional materials, and professional learning for educators.
